As a client of Simply Impressive Designs, please be aware that in doing so, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.

1. 50 % Non-refundable design fee is due and payable prior to start of project.

2. Payment of the balance is due immediately on completion of the website. We reserve the right not to launch a website until full payment has been received. All design fees are non-refundable.

3. Your website will be handed over as a fully functioning, completed work. Your website is offered as a single contract and no guarantee of the availability of future support from Simply Impressive Designs is offered unless an ongoing maintenance package has been purchased.

4. Website Maintenance: There are no required maintenance fees other than domain registration and hosting. For work we do on the site after going live, we charge on an hourly basis. If need be, we can customize a maintenance plan for your needs, but no plan is required.

5. Hosting is with Wix. This cost recurs annually. Hosting places the domain name on Wix’s server connected to the web, which allows you to post a website for viewing through a browser.  The hosting package is a separate cost from my design fees and must be paid to Wix. There are several hosting packages you can choose from.  Please review them on Wix.com.

6. Problems caused by malicious software, spyware, viruses and website hacking are a fact of life on today's Internet. Once client’s website is transferred into their own Wix account Simply Impressive cannot be held responsible for problems caused by illegal activity or the actions of others.

7. We design websites in accordance with the client's specifications. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the website and its content comply with current online trading laws and regulations. We cannot accept responsibility for any failure to comply with laws and regulations related to accessibility, selling online or those related to a specific business or trade. We can research this on the client's behalf upon request, but in any business where complex compliance issues may exist, we recommend that the client takes legal advice from their company lawyer.

8. The client represents to Simply Impressive that all elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to Simply Impressive for inclusion into the design and creation of their website, is the rightful owner of said content or has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, Simply Impressive from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements furnished by the client.

9. Simply Impressive Designs creates and designs your website in their own account. Once site is complete and ready to be published, site will be transferred into your own Wix account. At that time, you become owner of said site. All changed are required by Simply Impressive designs once this transaction is complete will be billed at our hourly rate. Any design changes or additions that have made by client once ownership has been transferred that need to be rectified or addressed by Simply Impressive designs will be billed at our hourly rate.
